Return policy
S. Demanuele has a non-returns/no refund policy for specific items. Items that are classed as non-returnable when supplied correct to order include:
- Discounted items or any promotional discounted items offered by S. Demanuele
- Goods ordered for a specific buyer
- All electronic, consumables and sanitary items
- Any item which has been altered or manipulated in any way
- Goods opened from sealed packing, or with damaged or altered packing
Buyer is responsible for return shipping (if applicable).
Returned items may be subject to a re-stocking fee at S. Demanuele’s discretion.
Only a credit note will be given against a returned item. No cash refunds.
