Condensation occurs when humid air accumulates between the watch glass and dial due to change in termperature.
Condensation under the glass can still damage the dial and hands, even if the watch is waterproof and free from leaks. Condensation treatment every few months will help control the humidity build-up.
During the treatment, the case is first cleaned from moisture after the movement is removed, and heat-treated to eliminate all moisture.
The case is then re-sealed with dry air inside the watch.
