Quality repair has always been our priority.
Our workshop is highly equipped with all the necessary tools and skill to repair your timepiece, whatever the age, brand, or complications; starting from a simple crown (setter) replacement to a complete overhaul, we can help you out with the proper parts and work needed. Each timepiece is handled with the utmost care and delicacy, whether it is a Quartz, Mechanical or Automatic watch.
While the process may vary from one timepiece to another, the standard procedure usually follows these steps: The movement is completely disassembled for inspection of damaged or worn-out parts. All parts are given a deep cleaning in a 3-stage cleaning machine to ensure all old dirt and dry oils are removed. The movement is then re-assembled, with any new parts that may be needed. It is lubricated using different oils and greases according to the original factory standards, to ensure a long life and trouble-free performance. The movement is then calibrated for timing on a swiss timing machine for the best accuracy. In the meantime, the case and bracelet have been either deep cleaned in an ultra-sonic cleaner, or polished, depending on the client’s request. Finally, the timepiece is re-assembled, and the power reserve and timing are tested on a watch winder for quality control.
